The site tender for Skye at Holland, Holland Drive GLS, closed on May 14, 2024, with the consortium’s bid of $805.39 million. Holly Development Pte. Ltd., a consortium of CapitaLand Development (35%), UOL Group (35%), Singapore Land Group (20%), and Kheng Leong Co. (10%), secured the Holland Drive site with the winning bid that translates to S$1,285 psf per plot ratio. This land rate would be the lowest for a prime-district Government Land Sales (GLS) residential plot since the Kampong Java Road site (Kopar at Newton) was awarded at S$1,192 psf ppr in January 2019.
